  • Yes, we have a display house in Fyshwick, ACT, open by appointment.

  • We do both – our homes adapt! Your preferred model can be either a caravan on wheels or we can work with your council to get it installed on stumps as a relocatable dwelling.

  • Yes! We sell you a registrable semitrailer with a modular house that meets all the requirements of a caravan.

  • It is important to check with your local council, but as general advice, NSW allows a member of the same household (however you choose to define it) to live in a caravan full time if there is an existing dwelling.

In ACT, there are no rules prohibiting the private use of a caravan as accommodation for private/non-commercial use.

In Victoria, each council’s local laws provide specific advice on what is permitted.

We can work with you to better understand your specific situation and the best solution for a house on wheels or a council-certified home on the ground.

  • Currently, our largest models have a 40sqm footprint… But adapting is what we do best, and we have our sights on something even bigger for the future!

  • Our homes range from $99,000 for our smallest model to $189,000 for our flagship 40sqm designs.

  • Delivery is $8/km one-way from Tocumwall, NSW, which includes standard installation on your site.

  • All of our homes come with the following standard inclusions: a 3.5kW reverse-cycle air conditioning unit; stone benchtops, an induction stove, oven, and rangehood, plus a dishwasher; a 20 or 40-foot skeleton trailer, heavy duty stabilising legs; and a flushing or composting toilet.

  • We offer a range of customisation options pertaining to cooling, greywater, bushfire protection, windows and doors, and of course, design.

  • Our homes are built to the National Construction Code and come with a comprehensive builders warranty: 10 years on the steel structure, 5 years on key elements (insulation, seals, water-proofing, windows, and doors), and 1 year on the remaining items.

  • All of our houses are built to BAL 29 requirements, but can be upgraded to BAL 40 for greater protection in bushfire-prone areas.
When on wheels, they necessitate additional underbody and trailer protection plus certification to meet relevant Australian standards.
